Have you been saved? Many people, even Christians don’t have a right answer for this question.They don’t even know the meaning of being saved.? Many people are not even aware of  the  danger they are in because The Bible  "He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. "John;3:18.

Also the scripture says,"He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him." John;3:36.

                               The disciples once, asked Jesus, ”Lord, are there few who are saved?” Luke; 13:23.On the day of Pentecost, to the multitudes who heard the word and believed, Peter said, ”Be saved from this perverse generation.” Acts;2:40. The first question of the terrified Jailor,who was about to kill himself,  to Paul and Silas was,  ”Sirs, what must I do to be saved. ”And they replied, ”Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved.”Acts; 16:30,31. Once a person accepts Jesus Christ as his Savior and Lord and gives the lordship of his life over to Him, and live a life pleasing to God, that person can say that he is saved.

            Man by his own wisdom or ability or efforts cannot get saved, from this wicked generation and the bondage of sin and the coming wrath, condemnation and hell and all that.That is why the world needed a Savior.Jesus Christ is that Savior.The Bible says,”God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world.But the world through Him might be saved.”John;3:17. The Bible very clearly says,”There is salvation is  no other,for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved”Acts;4:12. The Lord Jesus said,”I am the door, whoever enters through will be saved.”John;10:9.  The first step is to believe.”Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but  whoever does not believe will be condemned.”Mark;16:16. To the question, the disciples asked, ”Who then can be saved? Jesus  answered, ”With men this is impossible. but with God all things are possible. ”Mathew; 19:25,26. With God’s help and grace, one can work out his own salvation .How is this possible? Lord Jesus said, ”Strive to enter through the narrow gate.”Luke;13:24.Getting saved is an ongoing  process. It is a hard way. It will be completed only at the end of the journey. The Bible speaks about two groups of people.Those who are being saved and those who are perishing [1:Cor:1:18]This question is very important. Are you saved? If you are not sure, that means you are not. But it is not yet too late.Some people need a coming back.They have strayed from God’s way and thus lost surety of salvation.They need to return to God with repentance and get right with God. You can have the assurance of salvation today by believing in Lord  Jesus and start your journey on the way to be saved. So join the group of people who are being saved and have the assurance of your salvation today.
